Dear GIBFIBRE TV Client,
There will be a maintenance to our GFTV package which will enhance both the quality and provision of our service.
This scheduled maintenance will take place on Tuesday, 24th September, between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
Following the maintenance, GFTV customers will need to retune their TVs for these updates to take effect on their GFTV cards. Please note that this only applies to GFTV customers - standard TV services will not be affected during this time.
We would also like to let you know that these GFTV channels are available through the MyTV app, which will not be impacted by this maintenance. With the app, no retuning is necessary.
If you do not yet have your MyTV app login credentials, please contact our Customer Services team, and they will be happy to assist you.
